These Terms & Conditions govern access to Jefferson Davis Parish Released Inmates and all material made available through it. Browsing the site, using a search feature, or following an outside link means that you accept these rules. They apply each time you return. If you do not agree with every term stated here, discontinue use of the site. These conditions define the site’s private reference role, set limits on acceptable conduct, explain the status of outside resources, and allocate responsibility for use of the information.

Jefferson Davis Parish Released Inmates is an independent reference website. It is not part of the sheriff’s office, parish government, the 31st Judicial District, the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, or ICE. Outside operators set their own content, fees, privacy practices, data policies, access rules, and service hours. Jefferson Davis Parish Released Inmates is not responsible for their accuracy, security, conduct, or availability. Information Provided As Is

All pages, links, descriptions, and features are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranty is made that:

Custody status, release entries, court dockets, and supervision records can change. Nothing published here is an official statement by JDPSO, the Consolidated Jail, DPS&C, a court, or another government office. Verify a fact with the agency responsible for that record before relying on it.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Jefferson Davis Parish Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising from access to the site, inability to use it, reliance on its content, use of a linked resource, or conduct based on information found through it. This limitation applies even if the possibility of a loss was known.

Your Indemnity Obligation

Terms Remain Severable

If a court finds one provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intended purpose as closely as the law permits.
